Girls and women who struggle to complete their education can easily feel like they have few options and cannot compete in Nigeria’s busy job market. Wonder Foundation enables women with few opportunities to develop in-demand vocational skills through high-quality professional training and opportunities to work in Nigeria’s growing hospitality and tourism industry. Our project promotes self-sufficiency and agency in young women, boosting their confidence and self-worth. Our graduates move into secure employment or entrepreneurship and become confident leaders in their families and communities, inspiring others and improving their economic situations long-term.
